The Trojan Bear is a war vehicle for Evil Con Carne, modeled after Boskov. Their plans for the machine was to send it to The White House, tricking The President into thinking it was a gift. After he accepted it. they'd jump out and take over. It appeared in "The Mother of all Evils".
