Judge Bukowski is a supreme court judge, who judged Hector Con Carne in "Evil on Trial". He sentenced Hector to a billion years in federal prison, but Major Dr. Ghastly persuaded him to commute the sentence to a single weekend of community service by playing up Hector's pathetic nature and begging for mercy. Unfortunately, he also sentenced Ghastly and General Skarr to serve the same weekend of community service for their actions of "criminal mischief" in the courtroom.
