The HCCBDD
The HCCBDD was a machine created by Major Dr. Ghastly for Hector Con Carne to be the source of ultimate power. This device was sought after by Estroy and his dimwitted sons for their own nefarious purposes. Its only appearance was in The HCCBDD.
In the end, it is revealed that "HCCBDD" stands for Hector Con Carne BirthDay Device and Ghastly created it to celebrate Hector's birthday and when he asked why it was a source of ultimate power she claimed that it was because it embodied the ultimate power, "love". However Hector was not amused and immediately shut down the device.
