Billy is a character from a show called "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" that was also created by the same person who did Evil Con Carne "Maxwell atoms (Adams) " He also made some cameos in this show. He has a big fat pink nose and a red hat and orange hair and a shirt. He is stupid. He is Mandy's friend, and he has the Grim Reaper as his personal friend/slave along with his friend Mandy.
